These self-care therapeutic group sessions offer a supportive and restorative space for those who care for others. Grounded in expressive arts therapy, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gently explore emotional and physical experiences through creative processes. No art experience is required. Each workshop may be attended on its own while also forming a cohesive Spring series focused on care, resilience, and renewal.
🌿 Group Session 1 – Tuning In to Self: Grounding & Emotional Restoration Monday, March 9 | 7:00–8:40 PM (100 minutes) This group session focuses on reconnecting with the body, emotions, and inner resources after prolonged caregiving and work-related stress. Through gentle art-making, creative writing, and reflective practices, participants are supported in restoring balance, emotional presence, and inner stability.
🌊 Group Session 2 – Processing & Releasing: Deepening Connection to Self and Others Monday, April 13 | 7:00–8:40 PM (100 minutes) This group session offers space to explore emotional load, compassion fatigue, and personal boundaries through expressive arts and guided reflection. Participants are supported in caring for others while strengthening connection to themselves and cultivating greater emotional clarity.
🌱 Group Session 3 – Renewal & Resilience: Reclaiming Meaning and Vitality Monday, May 4 | 7:00–8:40 PM (100 minutes) This group session invites participants to reconnect with meaning, creativity, and vitality through strength-based expressive arts practices. The focus is on resilience, inner resources, and sustainable self-care to support long-term well-being in caregiving and professional life.
