FOCUSING ON CREATIVE AND CRITICAL THINKING, ART INQUIRY-BASED APPROACH (NO ART EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) While we provide unconditional positive regard and our full presence to our clients, we need knowledge and skills and creative and critical thinking to guide our clients from moment to moment. This supervision group will enhance your creative and critical thinking skills through the art inquiry process and help you gain new insights into your practices.
WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER? Part 1: General Supervision: sharing, connecting, debriefing, reviewingcases, and building resources. Part 2: Art-Oriented and Art-Analogue Supervision: art inquiry practices using creative writing, poetry, art-making, movement, and sounds as modalities to explore, express, discover, and reflect.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN? (1) Credit for 3 hours of supervision, receiving feedback and guidance from a registered counselling supervisor (RCS) and Registered Clinical Counsellor - Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS). (2) Enhancement of professional skills for client care and self-care. (3) Strengthened internal resources, intuition, and creative awareness as you become more “in-tune” with yourself and your clients.
